Pension plan regulations and regulations on partial liquidation

The pension plan regulations set forth the provisions applicable to all plan participants whose employer has joined the joint foundation. The individual and, depending on the company, differing benefits and contributions are described in the pension plan, as an integrated part of the pension regulations.
The facts and conditions for a partial liquidation of the joint foundation or a pension fund are regulated in the regulations on partial liquidation. They define the right to unrestricted assets and the right to and determination of technical and investment-related reserves. They set out the basic features of the distribution plan’s form and establish the procedure in the event of a partial liquidation (Art. 53 b and d BVG).
