What training and educational opportunities can Zurich offer me?

We promote our employees according to their level of motivation and potential. An objectives agreement and performance appraisal are carried out before each promotion, forming the basis for the evaluation of management potential using special tools (e.g. Assessment Center). This information is then incorporated into individual development plans (e.g. working on / managing comprehensive projects). In addition, Zurich also offers training and educational opportunities tailored to your needs.

What is Zurich’s salary policy?

How does the application process work?

First send us your application. After we have assessed your application, we will invite you to an interview. You will be interviewed by both a Human Resources manager and a line manager. Depending on which position you are applying for, you might also be invited to the Assessment Center.
