The Claims division of Zurich Switzerland has been awarded the «ESPRIX Swiss Excellence Award 2011». The award recognizes the consistent and sustainable focus on excellence in all aspects of business.
First-rate claims management is a key factor for the success of Zurich. Indeed, claims show whether an insurance policy is able to keep its promises – i.e. fast, uncomplicated and professional support.
