Back to Work is a divison of Zurich Care Management, which includes a range of focused services for the reintegration of employees following a serious illness or accident, whether in or outside the workplace.

Back to Work objectives

Among the principle objectives of the Back to Work program is the rapid identification of individuals who may potentially be undergoing an extended of disability. Targeted intervention measures can make it possible for to remain involved in the work process and be rapidly reintegrated.
