Our customers - private individuals, companies and public authorities – can reach us anywhere at anytime (see “Contacts & Services” on the right). Our network of over 200 offices in Switzerland with a total of some 1,400 customer advisors enables us to provide our customers with the best insurance, retirement and investment solutions for their individual requirements. And the professionals at our 24-hour service centers ensure that our customers can count on us to help them any time they have an accident.

Our customers and their individual needs are the focus of our business. We offer solutions whose price and service transparency set them apart. In order to find the best combination for every situation, we rely on a broad selection of in-house and partner services.

We feel a sense of responsibility to our customers, employees, suppliers, investors, external partners and the community.
