The Life and Underwriting business areas are responsible for products – from development through pricing to underwriting. Distribution is divided into Agents, Brokers and Direct & Distribution Partners. The Service Center is in charge of operational service provision, claims management and providing advice on benefit claims. Market Management is responsible for Proposition Development and the market appearance of the brand. Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance and HR support centers help other business areas perform their tasks.
