All employees of SWISS Group companies can take part in the referral program of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich") if they are resident in Switzerland and are aged 18 or over ("recommending person"). All employees and general agents of Zurich are expressly prohibited from participation. Participation is free of charge. No correspondence will be entered into regarding this program.

Recommending persons may participate in the program by recommending insurance products listed on the landing page to friends and acquaintances (via the referral function on the page). Should a friend or acquaintance who has received a recommendation in this manner buy at least one insurance product from Zurich, the recommending person shall have 5,000 "Miles & More" miles per purchase credited to his or her account. The miles will be credited to the recommending person’s account one month following commencement of the insurance cover.

There is no cash payment; there is no right to appeal. When awarding the miles, we reserve the right to check the data of participants for correctness. Zurich or the companies of the Zurich Insurance Group in Switzerland and their general agencies cannot be held liable for the non-awarding of the miles for reasons that are beyond their control (especially incomplete or incorrect address details of the winners), the quality of third-party services and their failure. Under no circumstances will replacement services or compensation be provided. Participants expressly declare that they agree to the processing of the data they provide for Zurich’s marketing purposes.
