We all know how fast people can get hurt and property can get damaged by accident. Zurich is there for you to ensure that a moment's carelessness does not lead to a major financial loss. We process your occurrence of loss in three quick and straightforward steps.

1. Reported

One call is enough

Call us in the event of an occurrence of loss – around the clock and free of charge:

Or report your claim online.

We get everything started

We confirm your notification of claim by phone, inform you of your personal claim number and tell you about the next steps.

If you report the claim to us online, we will contact you within two to four days.

2. Processed

Your pictures and documents are important

Photograph the damage and send us the pictures. Estimates or receipts also help us to assess the claim properly.

We advise you on legal matters

Our claims inspector will examine the damage if necessary, and we will assist you if you are unsure about any legal issues.

3. Settled

The bill comes to us

Send us the bill for damage that has already been rectified.

We stay on the ball

We take care of your claim right to the end and keep you up to date.

We then transfer any insurance benefits to you, minus the contractually agreed deductible.
