We get everything started

We confirm your notification of claim by phone, inform you of your personal claim number and tell you about the next steps.

If you report the claim to us online or using the app, we will contact you within two to four days.

2. Processed

Put us in the picture

Photograph the damage and send us the pictures. Estimates or receipts also help us to assess the claim properly.

We organize experts

If necessary, our claims inspector can assess the situation in your home.

If you want, we can put you in touch with a skilled tradesman or partner enterprise from our network to repair the damage.

3. Settled

The bill comes to us

Send us the bill for damage that has already been repaired.

We stay on the ball

We keep you up to date until the claim settlement has been completed.

We then transfer any insurance benefits to you, minus the contractually agreed deductible.
