Conditions of entry
The organizer of the competition is Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich"). Every month it raffles off one of ten Migros vouchers worth CHF 100 each among all interested parties who have an insurance quote calculated via the website of a Zurich sales partner. The closing date for entries is the last calendar day of the month. The winners will be notified personally by e-mail or post by the 10th of the following month.
The competition is open to people who are resident in Switzerland, have reached the age of 18 and are legally capable. Employees of Zurich Insurance Group companies and Zurich General Agencies are excluded. Entry is free of charge. The conclusion of an insurance contract is not required for participation and has no influence on the chances of winning. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning. The judges’ decision is final. No cash payouts will be made.
Zurich processes the personal data provided to calculate the insurance quote for the purpose of marketing and handling the competition. Zurich may use service suppliers for data processing. Personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Participation in the competition constitutes consent for Zurich to use the personal data collected for marketing purposes, e.g. for electronic or postal mailings or for contacting you by telephone. Consent to the use of personal data can be revoked at any time.
