With the revision of the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG) and the Supervision Ordinance (AVO), there have been some changes in insurance brokerage. For this reason, the public web calculator can and may no longer be used.
All insurance brokerage by Zurich's automotive partners now takes place via the partner portal:

We would like to point out that as of 1.1.2026 there is a legal obligation to undergo training. This means that a certification examination must be passed at the VBV, which is valid for two years. However, if you have not successfully passed this certification exam and have not provided us with your VBV ID, the web calculator will not be displayed to you after logging into the partner portal.
If you have completed the VBV certification but still cannot see the offer web calculator, please also contact Support.
