Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Mythenquai 2, CH-8002 Zurich (“Zurich”) is the organizer of a competition on its LinkedIn account and is solely responsible for running it. This competition is not affiliated with LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by LinkedIn. Participants fully release the social media platform from any and all liability in this regard. 

Zurich will draw a winner from all participants who enter between September 1 and September 22, 2026, and that person will win a gold Vreneli coin (valued at approximately CHF 690, estimated market value as of August 2026). The closing date for entries is September 22, 2026. The winner will be contacted by the end of the following month.

All UBS employees who reside in Switzerland, are at least 18 years of age, and have full legal capacity are eligible to participate in the competition. Participation is free of charge. Multiple entries in the same month are not allowed. 

Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into, and no cash payments will be made. 

Zurich processes the data provided for the purpose of running the competition and for marketing purposes. Zurich may subsequently collect further data for the purpose of notifying winners and delivering prizes. Zurich may pass on the data provided to other companies of the Zurich Insurance Group as well as to Zurich general agencies so that they can conduct marketing for Zurich products, products of Zurich Insurance Group companies, and/or products of their respective partners (i.e. companies that do not belong to the Zurich Insurance Group). In addition, service suppliers are used for processing. As part of this processing, participants’ data may also be transferred abroad, outside the EU and the EEA (so-called third countries).
