Zurich is committed to fostering a strong Speak Up culture across the organization. This means creating an inclusive working environment where employees feel they belong, can express their views and opinions without fear of retaliation, and can trust that their concerns will be taken seriously.

Zurich has established multiple reporting channels through which concerns about suspected misconduct or suspected or actual illegal, fraudulent, inappropriate or unethical behavior (so-called Integrity Concerns) can be raised, including via the direct line manager (People Manager), Compliance, Human Resources or Legal.

In addition, employees and external parties may use the Zurich Ethics Line – Zurich’s Group-wide whistleblowing system, which is operated by an independent third-party provider. Reports can be submitted by telephone or online via a web form and may be made anonymously if desired. All reports relating to Integrity Concerns are treated confidentially by Zurich.

To report an incident involving suspected misconduct or suspected or actual illegal, fraudulent, inappropriate or unethical behavior, please contact the Zurich Ethics Line
