Z Volt: The direct way to the next charging station

The subjects of e-mobility and sustainability are very important to us at Zurich Switzerland: Our subsidiary Zurich Schweiz Service AG offers an alternative to the often complicated and intransparent charging models: With our simple and fair solution, we want to drive electromobility forward and make life easier for our users.

The standard price applies at all charging stations operated by AMAG, Agrola, Avia Volt, Electra and Migrol throughout Switzerland.

You get a free account which gives you access to numerous charging stations in all of Switzerland and even abroad in Europe. You can charge your electric vehicle there without any hidden costs and pay directly - either via the app or the physical charging card. You can order your charging card in the app.

No, even people who don't have car insurance with Zurich can enjoy the benefits of Z Volt. Currently, the offer is limited to persons domiciled in Switzerland.

Starting fee per charge: CHF 0.98

With a car insurance from Zurich:

• You save CHF 0.20/kWh at all charging stations across Europe from the Z Volt app.
• You pay the same standard price throughout Switzerland for all charges at our partners: CHF 0.19/kWh (AC), CHF 0.35/kWh (DC fast charging)

Without a car insurance from Zurich:

• You pay CHF 0.39/kWh for slower charging (AC).
• You pay CHF 0.55/kWh for fast charging (DC).

From the 61st minute, a fee of CHF 0.25 per minute applies to every fast charge via the Z Volt app.

None. You only pay for what you charge. There is no subscription fee. You can see the terms at non-partner charging stations or abroad in the app at the particular charging station.

With Z Volt, you can charge your vehicle at any charging station across Europe that you find in the Z Volt app – regardless of whether it belongs to one of our partners or not. However, you benefit from a low standard price at our partner charging stations in Switzerland.

Z Volt provides you with one of the biggest charging networks in Switzerland. All you need is the Z Volt app. If required, you can also order a free charging card that contains your information from the app. This can be useful if you don't have cell phone reception (e.g. when traveling abroad or in underground parking garages) and therefore can't use the app in certain situations.
