With CapitalCertificate and Zurich Invest Certificate, you invest in an investment full of opportunities. You benefit directly from rising prices of the respective index. In addition, you receive an extra return up to a defined maximum (Cap).
If the index performance reaches the profit hedging threshold in the last three contract years for CapitalCertificate and the last two years for Zurich Invest Certificate, you benefit from a guaranteed minimum payout of 120% of your investment at expiry. At expiry, you receive the higher value – either the closing price of the index plus the extra return or the guaranteed minimum payout of 120% of your investment.
CapitalCertificate, Zurich Invest Certificate, and Zurich Invest Certificate - Coupon feature a clever protection mechanism. Up to a defined negative index performance, your capital is protected by the «buffer». This means that even in this situation, you will receive your entire deposit back at contract expiry. A capital loss only occurs if the performance at expiry falls below the threshold. In this case, the negative performance minus the «buffer» is tripled.

This way, you provide for your family and create financial security. With Zurich Invest Certificate, the current value of the certificate is paid out in the event of death. At the request of the heirs, the certificate can also be held until the intended end of the term.
