Your talent for communication and ability to adjust to different people help you to be successful. No day is like another in customer dialog, you learn something new everyday.
After your basic training year at the Vocational Training Center (Bbc) in Zurich, you get to know the various fascinating departments where mediamatics specialists work. After this, you decide which subjects you love and which skills you would like to further develop. Based on this, we together select your focus area. Irrespective of whether you are passionate about creating digital educational content, videos, marketing concepts, social media or websites, the job opportunities at Zurich are as diverse as you.
You begin with a basic training year in the Vocational Training Center (Bbc) in Zurich and learn important foundations for your profession. In the next three training years at Zurich, you expand your skills and knowledge in the front end and back end and learn modern and agile working methods. You determine the specialist area for your final training year, based on your interests and skills. Digital transformation is a major topic at Zurich, and consequently, you will work on various fascinating future topics such as robotics and artificial intelligence during your training.
We would be pleased to invite you to one of our information events, at which you will learn more about the training at Zurich. The occasions are moderated by current Zurich apprentices. This gives you the opportunity to find out much that is fascinating first hand and you can pose all of your questions to our apprentices.
In Zurich, we offer central information events instead of individual trial apprenticeships (see box left). Completing an individual trial KV apprenticeship is possible at the locations outside of Zurich at the general agencies. For this purpose, go straight to a general agency in your vicinity.
