Underwriting specialists

As an underwriting specialist, you can work in a wide variety of roles, e.g. as a Market Facing Underwriter or Technical Underwriter, in risk analysis, in risk assessment or in developing new products and solutions. What all positions have in common: Through your work, you are offering added value to our customers.

IT specialists

There are diverse prospects for you at Zurich Switzerland as an IT specialist: For example, you could work as a software architect, developer or engineer. You develop and implement innovative technologies in close cooperation with business operations. In this way, you configure and optimize our business processes for the benefit of our customers.

Actuaries

As an actuary, you could work on pricing or reserving, for example, or apply your expertise to data analysis and modeling. Your application at Zurich: Step by step to success

Step 1: Your online application

Submit your application and your current resume with just a few clicks through our Job Portal. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - you can find your contact person in the job posting.

Step 2: Your application review

We will assess how well your profile matches the role requirements. Within 2–3 weeks, you will receive a response from us on whether we will invite you for an interview. If it takes longer, we will let you know.

Step 3: Your introduction interview

If you have been shortlisted, your potential future manager will invite you to a virtual introduction interview. Here you can tell us about yourself and learn more about Zurich and the role.

Step 4: Your in-person interview

If both sides are interested, there will be a second interview. There you will get to know the responsible talent acquisition consultant and your future team. Depending on the role, the content and structure of the interview may vary.

Step 5: Decision and onboarding

We will communicate our decision to you by telephone. If successful, you will receive a binding offer. 

If you accept, we look forward to welcoming you as our new Zurich team member! A personalized onboarding program will support you in the run-up to your first day at work.
