Coverage and extensions of coverage
- Zurich D&O Liability Insurance protects managers’ personal assets in the event of claims arising from the insured person’s relationship to the company
- Spouses, registered partners, heirs and legal representatives are also insured where claims are made against them for actions or failure to act on the part of the insured person
- Coverage can be extended to the company and its subsidiaries if these have indemnified a director or officer
