The organizer of the prize draw is Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich"). All participants will be entered into a draw to win the prizes described in the prize draw. Lots will be drawn individually with three different winners. The prerequisite for participation in the prize draw is a request for a quotation via the web form on zurich.ch, by telephone or in person via the customer consultant; no legal contract conclusion is required. The prize draw is open to all natural persons who are resident in Switzerland, have reached the age of 18 and are capable of acting. Employees of Zurich Insurance Group and its subsidiaries, as well as Zurich's general agencies, are excluded. Participation is free of charge. It is not necessary to conclude a contract in order to participate. The conclusion of a contract has no influence on the chances of winning. Alternatively, it is also possible to take part in the prize draw via email. To do so, please send an email to MarketingSchweiz@zurich.ch with the subject "cyber competition" ("Cyber prize draw") and your contact details. Each participant may only enter the contest once. The closing date for entries is June 30, 2022 (midnight). Winners will be notified by July 31, 2022, in writing or by telephone.
Legal recourse to the prize is excluded and no cash payment will be made. We reserve the right to check the correctness of the participants' data when awarding the prize. Zurich or the companies of the Zurich Insurance Group in Switzerland and their general agencies cannot be held liable for the non-awarding of the prize for reasons beyond their control (e.g. incomplete or incorrect address details of the winners), the quality of third-party services or their failure. Under no circumstances will substitutes or compensation be provided. Prizes can only be transferred to another person with the approval of Zurich. The prize transfer may not take place in exchange for goods or services. The resale of the prize in exchange for payment is thus prohibited; any attempts to sell the prize will lead to the (subsequent) disqualification of the winner and the revocation or reclamation of the prize.
The participants agree that Zurich may use the data collected in the course of this prize draw for marketing purposes, e.g. electronic or postal mailings or contact by telephone.
