To continuously improve our offerings, we invite our customers to share their experiences with Zurich through an online survey. They rate various touchpoints, products, and services on a scale from 0 to 10, and can add personal comments. All ratings are subsequently converted to the familiar 5-star scale.
The overall rating is based on the average of all customer reviews and is updated regularly (at least quarterly), on our website.
We regularly publish selected customer reviews which include comments about our products and services – even if the feedback is critical.
All comments and reviews are anonymised using initials before publication. If necessary, we also anonymise other personal data, such as the names of employees or advisers. Ratings are converted from a 0–10 scale to a 1–5 star scale. Comments are published in their original wording.
