Conditions of entry

All individuals over the age of 18 who live in Switzerland can enter the Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Zurich) competition, except for employees of any company within the Zurich Insurance Group or employees of a Zurich general agency. Entry is free of charge. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Participation is automatic upon registration in the Zurich One customer portal. The closing date for entries is July 31, 2025, 11.59 p.m. The winners will be chosen at random from all valid participants. The prizes will be sent to the address given in the customer portal by August 29, 2025, at the latest. No cash payouts will be made. The prizes may not be transferred to third parties against payment. If the scheduled matches are postponed to another date or canceled, there is no entitlement to new tickets, replacement services or compensation.

Participants explicitly declare their consent to the processing of data they submit for marketing purposes, e.g. for electronic or postal mailings or for contact by telephone. Zurich may subsequently collect further data for the purpose of notifying winners and delivering prizes. In addition, service suppliers are used for processing. As part of this processing, participants' data may also be transferred abroad, outside the EU and the EEA (so-called third countries). What policy information is displayed?

The type of insurance, the policy number, the term and the premium are displayed. Basic information is available for personal liability, life and Orion policies (product name, policy number and policy status).  

Can I report a claim in the customer portal?

Yes, you can report claims in the customer portal by following the process below: 

  • Click on "My Claims" in the overview column
  • Select the insurance policy that applies to the claim
  • Enter all required information in the claims reporting process 

Can I also contact Zurich Switzerland by e-mail?
Please use our online forms. This allows you to submit all your general or specific inquiries (e.g. claims notifications or address changes). The advantage of our contact forms is that your request gets to the right place faster and can therefore be processed more efficiently.
