In detail

Advice and support

We advise you and your employees in the event of illness or accident to ensure the party affected gets well as quickly as possible. Where necessary, we contact your partners and specialist bodies.

Case Management

In the event of lengthy absences on account of grave illnesses or accidents, we support your employees personally on their way back to their daily working routine. If necessary, we also help with a professional reorientation.

Specialist network

We open our network to you to ensure that your employees receive access to the best possible medical treatment. In addition, we arrange independent medical examiners and help out if a patient would like to get a second opinion.

Uncomplicated case reporting

You can report accidents or illnesses of your employees
  • conveniently online (recommended for up to approx. 15 cases per year), or
  • enter them via the free SunetPlus software (efficient for more than 15 cases per year).

Carpenter: office instead of lathe

After a slipped disc, a carpenter was unable to pursue his profession. Supported by the Zurich case manager and IV, he completed a commercial further training course. This meant he was able to remain in his original company, but switched to the office and is fully capable of working there again.

IT specialist: burnout as opportunity

In an IT company with 15 employees, the boss suffers a burn-out and is unavailable for weeks – a challenge for everyone. The Zurich case manager supports the boss on his way back to working life. At the same time, she coached the employees. Consequently, the company emerged stronger from the crisis.
