The Zurich Repair Network (formerly known as Help Point PLUS) is a service that takes care of organizing the entire repair for you in the event of a loss. The advantages are obvious:

    You report the claim to us by phone or online, or make an appointment directly at one of our 30 or so Zurich Help Points – and we take care of the rest: we organize the repair and an alternative means of transportation (replacement vehicle, public transit ticket or taxi voucher) so that you remain mobile.

    There is no extra payment for this service – the only important thing is that you contact Zurich first in the event of a loss. This enables us to provide you with optimum support and ensure that you benefit from all the advantages of our network.

    We have connections nationwide with around 300 first-class partner garages, and the Zurich Repair Network means you can benefit from this too. We will suggest a partner garage near you.
  • Lifetime repair guarantee
    Repairs carried out by our partner garages are covered by a lifetime guarantee.

How does the Zurich Repair Network work?

To benefit from the advantages of the Zurich Repair Network, contact Zurich first in the event of vehicle damage. This is how our claims service with the Zurich Repair Network works:

  1. Report a claim
    You can call us, fill in our online form or make an appointment directly at one of our 30 or so Help Points.
  2. Repair
    We organize the repair at one of our 300 or so partner garages or directly at the Help Point. We will take care of the paperwork and, if necessary, provide you with a replacement vehicle, a public transit ticket or a taxi voucher.
  3. Vehicle appraisal
    An experienced vehicle expert is on hand at the Help Point to provide you with advice and assistance: they will inspect your car on site, document the damage and explain the repair options to you. 
  4. Vehicle collection
    As soon as your vehicle has been repaired, we will inform you, and you can pick it up again. Repairs carried out within the Zurich partner network carry a lifetime guarantee.
  5. Pick-up and delivery service
    If you don't want to drive to the Zurich Help Point, we offer a pick-up and delivery service for your car. After the repair, we will return your vehicle to your doorstep.

How can I benefit from the Zurich Repair Network?

This service is included as standard in our motor vehicle insurance. You do not need to take any further action when taking out insurance. You automatically benefit from the Zurich Repair Network – unless you expressly select "self-organized repair". Then you will waive the benefits of the Zurich Repair Network, including the premium discount. However, you are still welcome to contact our Zurich Help Points.

Can I choose the garage for the repair myself?

If you use the Zurich Repair Network, the repair will be carried out by one of our 300 or so partner garages. We have a nationwide network and are convinced of the quality of our partner garages. We would be happy to work with you to find the garage closest to you that is best suited for the repair.

Can I opt out of the Zurich Repair Network?

Yes, you can also have your vehicle repaired outside the Zurich Repair Network. Please note that this means you will waive the special benefits of our partner network and that the contractually agreed conditions, such as the premium discount or the deductible, may change.
